How to convert height — formulas

Height conversion between metric and imperial units uses these standard formulas:

Centimeters to Inches: inches = cm ÷ 2.54 Inches to Centimeters: cm = inches × 2.54 Feet + Inches to cm: cm = (feet × 30.48) + (inches × 2.54) cm to Feet + Inches: total inches = cm ÷ 2.54, then feet = ⌊total inches ÷ 12⌋
